基于MC68HC11E1单片机,通过数字控制技术实现了短路过渡CO2焊接的波形控制和频率控制,兼顾了焊缝成形和焊接飞溅,焊接电缆阻抗的在线检测和反馈提高了系统自动适应焊接条件变化的能力。同时通过对硬件和软件系统的合理设计,实现了逆变式CO2焊机的焊接参数预设与显示、焊接时序控制、焊丝种类和直径选择、焊接引弧和收弧等的数字化控制,所有设置值、给定量与反馈量均输入单片机进行分析处理,然后对电源的输出电压与电流、以及送丝系统进行精密控制。有效的抗干扰措施保证了系统工作的可靠性。该系统提高了逆变焊机的智能化程度及应用的适应性能。
Based on the MC68HC11E1 singlechip, waveform control and frequency control of short-circuit transition CO2 welding are realized by digital control technology. Both the weld formation and welding spatter are taken into consideration. The on-line detection and feedback of the welding cable impedance improve the ability of the system to automatically adapt to changes in welding conditions.
