科教兴国是我国经济发展的根本战略,科技兴贸发展战略是由科教兴国这一发展战略派生出来的,科教兴国和科技兴贸都是为了发展生产力,这既是我们的出发点,同时也是我们的最终目的。
Rejuvenating through science and education is the basic strategy for economic development in our country. The strategy of rejuvenating trade through science and technology is derived from the strategy of rejuvenating our country through science and education. Relying on science and education to rejuvenate the country and rejuvenating trade through science and technology are all for the purpose of developing productive forces. This is both our starting point and our ultimate goal purpose.
