本文运用SWOT分析法探讨了“一带一路”战略背景下陕西高校MTI人才培养的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,并提出了发挥学科优势,借鉴国内外翻译人才培养经验,打造自身办学特色;创新课程体系,开设多语种翻译人才培养方向,接轨“一带一路”需求;优化师资队伍,鼓励教师从事科研和翻译实践,反哺翻译教学活动;强化实践环节,建设国内外翻译实训实习基地,加强校企协同育人的发展思路.“,”In this paper, SWOT analysis is used to explore the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of MTI talents cultivation in Shaanxi universities under the background of “One Belt and One Road” strategy. It also puts forward suggestions on the development of MTI talents cultivation in Shaanxi universities: giving full play to discipline advantage and borrowing the mature experiences from at home and abroad to create their own characteristics, innovating the curriculum system and developing the training direction of multilingual translation talents to integrate the needs of “one belt and one road”, optimizing the teaching team and encouraging teachers to engage in scientific research and translation practice to nurture translation teaching activities, and strengthening practical phase and building training bases for translation practice both at home and abroad to strengthen collaborative education between schools and enterprises.
