目的分析血液透析患者血清中骨硬化蛋白与腹主动脉钙化程度的相关性。方法选取医院接受血液透析治疗的患者40例为观察组,选取同期医院接受健康体检者40例为对照组,所有受检者均接受骨硬化蛋白检查,比较2组之间骨硬化蛋白水平,同时分析观察组腹主动脉钙化程度与骨硬化蛋白水平的相关性。结果观察组骨硬化蛋白水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组腹主动脉钙化发生率为45.00%(18/40),且主要位于L4水平;而对照组发生率仅为2.50%(1/40),位于L4水平;重度腹主动脉钙化患者的骨硬化蛋白水平显著高于轻度、中度钙化患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且随着腹主动脉钙化(AAC)积分的不断增加,患者的骨硬化蛋白水平显著提升。结论血液透析患者血清中骨硬化蛋白水平表达与患者血管钙化程度有着显著的相关性,患者骨硬化蛋白水平升高是患者腹主动脉钙化的高危因素。
Objective To analyze the correlation between serum levels of osteocalcin and calcification of abdominal aorta in hemodialysis patients. Methods Forty patients undergoing hemodialysis in the hospital were selected as the observation group. 40 healthy subjects in the same period were selected as the control group. All the patients underwent hematoma sclerostin scintigraphy. The level of sclerostin was compared between the two groups. The correlation between the degree of calcification and the level of sclerostin in the observation group was analyzed. Results The level of sclerostin in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of abdominal aorta calcification in the observation group was 45.00% (18/40), mainly in the L4 level, while in the control group The rate of osteocalcin was only 2.50% (1/40) in L4, and the level of sclerostatin in patients with severe abdominal aortic calcification was significantly higher than that in patients with mild or moderate calcification (P <0.05) With an increase in abdominal aortic calcification (AAC) score, the patient’s sclerosis protein levels increased significantly. Conclusion The expression of serum osteocalcin in patients with hemodialysis has a significant correlation with the degree of vascular calcification. The elevated level of osteosclerosis in patients with hemodialysis is the risk factor for calcification of the abdominal aorta.
