应用自行拟订的记分法标准对40例常年性变态反应性鼻炎进行诊断,同时,33例行特异性脱敏治疗。7例行非特异性脱敏治疗。结果表明,该记分法具有一定的可用性及合理性,而取材的时机和部位、实验的条件和方法是决定本法可信性和实用性的关键。
Forty cases of perennial allergic rhinitis were diagnosed by using the scoring method developed by ourselves, and 33 cases were treated with specific desensitization. 7 cases of non-specific desensitization therapy. The results show that the scoring method has certain usability and rationality. The timing and location of the scoring, the conditions and methods of the experiment are the keys to determine the credibility and practicability of the law.
