本文以需求理论、企业市场理论、规模经济理论、公司整合理论为集团公司扩张的理论基础,研究了湖南旅游公司集团化扩张战略应采取建立地理网络结构战略。进一步研究了湖南旅游公司集团化战略扩张的近期目标与远期目标,然后根据旅游集团公司的风险特征,从财务控制与业务控制制度上进行集团化扩张中细致的制度选择与安排,从而达到湖南旅游公司集团化扩张稳步发展。
Based on the theory of demand, the theory of enterprise market, the theory of scale of economy and the theory of firm integration, this paper studies the strategy of expansion of cluster companies in Hunan based on the theory of cluster expansion. Further study the immediate goals and long-term goals of Hunan tourism corporation’s group strategy expansion, then according to the risk characteristics of tourism group companies, make detailed institutional choices and arrangements in the group expansion from the financial control and business control system, so as to reach Hunan The expansion of tourism group has been growing steadily.
