肺结核病症状和胸部X线征像与多种疾病相似,若不注意鉴别,极易发生误诊,1976年8月至1982年12月我科误诊病例计49例。为了总结经验,现将误诊原因作一扼要分析。 49例均作了X线胸部摄片及痰菌检查。诊断为其他疾病并治疗半月以上者为误诊。肺结核诊断依据为:痰菌阳性16例,肺切除标本及淋巴结活检诊断3例,其他治疗无效而抗结核治疗显效者30例。误诊疾病见下表:
Tuberculosis symptoms and chest X-ray signs and a variety of diseases are similar, if you do not pay attention to identification, easily misdiagnosed, August 1976 to December 1982, 49 cases misdiagnosed in our department. In order to summarize the experience, the reasons for misdiagnosis now make a brief analysis. 49 cases were made of X-ray chest and sputum examination. Diagnosis of other diseases and treatment of more than half a month is misdiagnosed. Pulmonary tuberculosis diagnosis based on: sputum positive 16 cases, lung resection specimens and lymph node biopsy in 3 cases, other treatment ineffective tuberculosis treatment effective in 30 cases.
