通过对来自国外的28个半秋眠和非秋眠紫花苜蓿品种耐涝性能的生物学评价和水淹后不同耐涝品种丙二醛含量比较分析,筛选出5个耐涝性能优良的半秋眠和非秋眠紫花苜蓿品种;钾、钙、锌和硼四种微量元素对改善苜蓿的抗涝能力有明显的作用(p<0.05),合理使用能够显著提高苜蓿的抗涝能力。
Through the biological evaluation of waterlogging tolerance of 28 semi-dormant and non-fall dormant alfalfa cultivars from abroad and comparative analysis of the malondialdehyde content of different waterlogging tolerant varieties after flooding, five waterlogging tolerant semi-autumn Four kinds of trace elements, potassium, calcium, zinc and boron, had significant effects on improving the waterlogging tolerance of alfalfa (p <0.05). Rational use could significantly increase the waterlogging tolerance of alfalfa.
