目的:对复方鱼腥草片中金银花的质量进行研究。方法:建立以灰毡毛忍冬皂苷甲、灰毡毛忍冬皂苷乙及川续断皂苷乙为对照的HPLC-ELSD和LC-MS/MS法检查山银花的方法。结果:HPLC-ELSD法适用于复方鱼腥草片中山银花的检查,并采用LC-MS/MS法对结果进行验证,能鉴别出样品中所用正伪品金银花药材。结论:上述2种方法均可用于控制复方鱼腥草片中金银花的质量。
Objective: To study the quality of honeysuckle in compound Houttuynia cordata. Methods: The HPLC-ELSD and LC-MS / MS methods were established for the determination of Lonicera japonica Thunbergii, Lonicera macrostachya B and Ligustrum lucidum B as control. Results: The HPLC-ELSD method was applied to the examination of compound Houttuynia cordata Thunb., And the results were verified by LC-MS / MS. The authentic counterfeit honeysuckle medicinal materials were identified. Conclusion: The above two methods can be used to control the quality of Houttuynia cordata Honeysuckle tablets.
