如果说“自由基”是人体健康的负信号,那么一氧化氮可谓人体内重要的正指标。它提供对一系列心血管疾病的防护,包括高血压。方式越不健康,身体产生的一氧化氮就越少,越遭到破坏。一氧化氨是身体中对健康最重要的化学分子之一,存在于心血管系统、神经系统乃至全身。一氧化氮可以透过细胞膜并传递特定的信息或生物信号以调整细胞的活动,并指导机体完成某种功能。一氧化氮几乎可影响机体的每一个器官,包括肺、肝、肾脏、谓、生殖器,当然也有心脏。
If we say that “free radical” is the negative sign of human health, then nitric oxide can be regarded as an important positive indicator in the human body. It provides protection against a range of cardiovascular conditions, including high blood pressure. The less healthy the body, the less nitric oxide the body produces and the more it is damaged. Ammonia is one of the most important chemical molecules in the body for health and exists in the cardiovascular system, the nervous system and even the whole body. Nitric oxide can penetrate the cell membrane and transmit specific information or biological signals to regulate cell activity, and guide the body to complete a certain function. Nitric oxide affects almost every organ in the body, including lungs, liver, kidneys, so-called genitalia and, of course, heart.
