胡正海教授生于1930年,男,浙江省湖州市人,1949年就读于苏州东吴大学生物系,1953年毕业于江苏师范学院(现为苏州大学),同年于西北大学任助教。1957～1959年在北京大学生物系进修植物形态解剖学,1959年返回西北大学生物系继续任教,现任西北大学生物系教授,博士生指导教师。胡正海教授先后兼任西北大学学术委员会委员、学位委员会委员、生物系系主任,国家自然科学基金委员会生命科学部评委,国
Professor Hu Zhenghai was born in 1930, male, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province. He graduated from Department of Biology, Soochow University in Suzhou in 1949. He graduated from Jiangsu Teachers College (now Suzhou University) in 1953 and assistant professor at Northwest University in the same year. From 1957 to 1959, he studied plant morphology and anatomy in the Department of Biology, Peking University, and returned to the Department of Biology, Northwest University in 1959 to continue teaching. He is currently a professor of biology and doctoral tutor at Northwestern University.
