本文报道了有几种x值的Hg_(1-x)Cd_xTe(MCT)和Hg_(1-x)Zn_xTe(MZT)及其组成的二元化合物的热膨胀系数。膨胀系数的低温变化表明,与HgTe相比,MCT键参数变化很小,而对MZT,其键强度显著增加。
