To detect the expression of soluble OX40L (sOX40L) protein in peripheral blood of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura and its relationship with the severity of the disease. The established sOS40L ELISA kit was used to detect the content of sOX40L in peripheral blood of 32 children with HSP and 25 healthy children. The results showed that compared with healthy controls, serum sOX40L in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura showed a high level of expression (P <0.01), and the level of the expression of sOX40L was positively correlated with the severity of the disease in patients with mild skin type sOX40L The levels of (4.42 ± 1.85) ng / ml were significantly higher in abdominal and joint infants with (10.83 ± 4.15) ng / ml and (11.47 ± 5.38) ng / ml, (18.66 ± 4.06) ng / ml and (20.70 ± 9.44) ng / ml, respectively. The above results show that, sOX40L involved in the occurrence and development of allergic purpura, may be one of the reasons leading to immune dysfunction in children.
