实验研究发现,采用超音速火焰喷涂技术,将碳化钨粉末喷涂在活塞环表面,形成耐磨抗蚀保护层,会大幅提高活塞环的耐磨性和抗蚀性,延长其寿命。这对活塞环的生产和再制造有一定的指导意义。
