教师谈到德育教育时,都会有挨累不讨好的感觉。主要表现在投入时间、精力很多,但是收效却微乎其微,甚至有时等于零。任你讲得天花乱坠、口干舌燥,举的事件如何感天地、泣鬼神,但是感动、激动、振奋时间只是一个月、一个星期、两天、一天,感动的对象也只是那么几个容易激动的学生,为什么会有这种现象呢?我认为造成此种现象的原因主要有以下几种:①花样多,噱头大;②功利性大,渗透性差;③热情高,真情少;④说教多,感悟少。由此可见人们都在寻觅如何才能施行德育
