目的通过监测不孕妇女卵泡周围血流动力学参数,分析其与卵泡发育、内分泌参数的相关性。方法选取2015年3月-2016年3月该院妇科门诊就诊的148例不孕妇女为研究对象,经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,对卵泡发育进行监测,测量卵泡直径及卵泡周围血流动力指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI),同时测定各研究对象的血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)4项,各参数之间采用Pearson相关分析。结果卵泡直径(D)与卵泡周围血流PI、RI呈显著负相关(r=-0.393,P=0.009;r=-0.343,P=0.024);PI、RI与血清E2水平呈显著负相关(r=-0.396,P=0.012;r=-0.283,P=0.009),RI与血清LH呈明显负相关(r=-0.285,P=0.034),PI与血清LH呈弱负相关(r=-0.121,P=0.025)。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声监测卵泡周围血流动力参数为评定卵泡发育提供了重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To monitor the hemodynamic parameters of follicles in infertile women and analyze their correlation with follicular development and endocrine parameters. Methods From March 2015 to March 2016, 148 cases of infertile women attending the gynecology clinic of the hospital were selected as the research objects. The vaginal color Doppler echocardiography was used to monitor the follicular development and measure the follicle diameter and peripheral blood flow force (PI) and resistance index (RI). Four parameters of serum FSH, LH, E2 and progesterone were also determined. Using Pearson correlation analysis. Results There was a significant negative correlation between follicular diameter (D) and PI and RI (r = -0.393, P = 0.009; r = -0.343, P = 0.024) (r = -0.396, P = 0.012; r = -0.283, P = 0.009). There was a negative correlation between RI and serum LH (r = -0.285, 0.121, P = 0.025). Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound monitoring of peripheral blood flow parameters for the evaluation of follicular development provides an important clinical value.
