笔者自拟暖脐散敷脐治疗婴幼儿秋冬季腹泻45例,疗效显著,兹报道如下。1 临床资料 观察病例为我院门诊腹泻患儿,随机分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组45例,其中男33例,女12例。年龄最小1个月,最大3岁。治疗前病程1～18d。对照组30例,其中男21例,女9例,年龄最小1.5个月,最大3岁。治疗前病程2～14d。腹泻主要为蛋花汤样或黄色水样稀便,每d次数5～10余次不等。大便镜检:结果正常,或以脂肪球为主,白细胞1～2个。大便未作细菌、病毒培养。两组基本情况相近。

Diarrhea mainly for the egg-like soup or yellow watery loose stool, every d times 5 to more than 10 times. Stool microscopy: the results of normal, or fat-based, white blood cells 1 or 2. No stool for bacteria, virus culture. The basic situation is similar between the two groups.
