新洁尔灭是一种阳离子表面活性剂,具有杀菌效果好、对植物组织无刺激性、对环境无污染的特点。该剂在医疗卫生、畜牧及食品生产上应用较广,而在农、林业生产上的应用还未见报道。1982年以来,我们采用新洁尔灭防治池杉苗猝倒病、取得了较好的效果,已于1983年开始大面积推广应用。为了进一步确定新洁尔灭对苗木猝倒病菌的防治效果,1985年6—7月,我们在县苗圃接种猝倒病菌进行了防治试验。一、试验材料
