目前对小麦白粉病的防治,最有效的措施是培育抗病品种。小麦白粉病菌能以有性世代和无性世代交替繁殖,致病性变异快。因此如何更快地开发和创造抗病性更稳定的小麦白粉病抗源,这些抗源的抗性如何遗传,这对每个小麦育种者来说,必然是很关心的问题。C·I·12633是我国从国外引进的小麦白粉病菌抗源材料。经我们鉴定,它对我校植病教研室分离的所有小麦白粉病菌生理小种均表现抗性。但C·I·12633的抗白粉病性遗传分析,至今未见报道。所以我们在1985年春季开始做C·I·12633对白粉病菌生理小种的抗性遗传分析。
At present, the most effective measure against wheat powdery mildew is to cultivate resistant varieties. However, the resistance to powdery mildew of CV 12633 has not been reported. So we started in the spring of 1985 to do I.12633 genetic analysis of powdery mildew physiological races.
