Some people suffer from “denture stomatitis” after using a propylene-based denture, and due to excessive residual monomer, dye, plasticizers and impurities, hard acrylic bases often cause minor damage to the mucosa of the dental prosthesis. The author studied the effect of elastic polyurethane on the biochemical properties of oral mucosa and saliva. Forty-five patients were divided into three groups and the first group consisted of 13 healthy volunteers with complete dentition. In Group 2, 13 people were treated with Polyurethan СКу-ЛФЛ base denture to repair dentition defect without denture. Group 3 19
