本文研究了溶剂和温度对大孔苯乙烯-二乙烯苯共聚物孔结构的影响,提出了含有不良溶剂的湿态树脂的孔容和被良溶剂溶胀的溶胀态树脂的孔分布的测定方法。并将大孔共聚物的孔结构分成干态、湿态和溶胀态三种状态进行研究。结果表明,干态树脂在逐渐吸收一定量的良溶剂时,大孔部分的孔容和比表面增加;小孔部分的孔容和比表面减小,平均孔径增大。将干态树脂用乙酸丁酯溶胀,再用乙醇进行替换,其湿态孔容可接近计算值。用此方法处理共聚物,干燥后仍能保持较大的孔容、孔径和比表面。可作为此类大孔树脂孔结构测定的预处理方法。
In this paper, the influence of solvent and temperature on the pore structure of macroporous styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer was studied. The pore volume of wet resin containing poor solvent and the determination of pore distribution of the swollen resin swell by good solvent were proposed. The macroporous copolymer pore structure was divided into three states: dry state, wet state and swollen state. The results showed that the pore volume and specific surface of the macropore increased gradually when a certain amount of good solvent was gradually absorbed by the dry resin. The pore volume and specific surface of the macropore decreased and the average pore diameter increased. The dry resin with butyl acetate swelling, and then replaced with ethanol, the wet pore volume can be close to the calculated value. Copolymers are treated in this way and still maintain a larger pore volume, pore size and specific surface area after drying. It can be used as pretreatment method to determine the pore structure of such macroporous resin.
