工业遗产的改造和再利用具有多方面意义,其改造为创意产业园更具有独特的优势。本文选取了广州市具有代性的创意产业园红专厂进行考察研究,从景观和建筑两个方面探究其改造手法和特点,通过观察采访和实地调研来分析其改造方法和效果上的成功与不足,从而总结出利用工业遗产改造创意产业园的再利用策略,以丰富该领域的理论研究,也为未来的相关改造项目提供参考。
The transformation and reuse of industrial heritage have many meanings, and the transformation of the industrial park has unique advantages. In this paper, we selected Guangzhou’s creative Red Industrial Park as a research center, explored the methods and characteristics of its transformation from the aspects of landscape and architecture, analyzed the methods of transformation and the success of the transformation through observation and field investigation In order to enrich the theoretical research in this field and also provide reference for the related renovation project in the future, this paper summarizes the strategy of using industrial heritage to rebuild the creative industry park.
