1 临床资料 73例老年肺炎男44例、女29例,年龄60～84岁,平均71岁。68例有一种以上的基础病,慢性肺阻塞性疾病36例。73例老年肺炎中,有着凉淋雨史者62例,咳嗽52例、黄痰12例、白痰32例、脓痰12例、铁锈痰及血痰7例、气促52例、胸痛15例、肺部可以听到湿罗音45例,检验白细胞增高28例。X线胸片示支气管肺炎型22例、右中叶肺炎型20例、右下叶肺炎型19例、左下叶肺炎型9例、右中下叶肺炎型3例。
1 Clinical data 73 cases of elderly pneumonia 44 males and 29 females, aged 60 to 84 years, mean 71 years. 68 cases have more than one kind of basic disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in 36 cases. Of the 73 elderly patients with pneumonia, there were 62 cases with cold and rainy history, 52 cases with cough, 12 cases with yellow sputum, 32 cases with white sputum, 12 cases with purulent sputum, 7 cases with rust sputum and bloody sputum, 52 cases with shortness of breath, 15 cases with chest pain, 45 cases of wet rales can be heard in the lungs, 28 cases of leukocytosis. X-ray showed bronchial pneumonia in 22 cases, right middle lobe pneumonitis in 20 cases, 19 cases of right lower lobe pneumonia, left lower lobe pneumonia in 9 cases, right middle and lower lobe pneumonia in 3 cases.
