我科近三年共收治维生素B_1缺乏症256例,其中脑型脚气病45例,现报告如下。本组男17例,女28例,年龄均在1岁以内,母乳喂养21例,人工喂养18例,混合喂养6例;临床表现呻吟32例,呕吐40例,神萎30例,气促25例,双目凝视24例,烦躁、肌张力低下及腱反射减弱各18例,紫绀10例,呼吸不规则8例,昏迷6例,抽搐5例,查脑脊液28例均正常,摄胸片10例,其中两肺纹理增粗6例,心电图检查8例,4例有T波改变,血电解质查21例,3例低钾,4例低钙,查Co_2-CP29例,均低于正常。合并肺炎2例,佝偻病5例,婴儿腹泻6例,上感8例,营养不良12例。本组均应用维生素B_1治疗,并配合综合治疗措施,如纠酸、吸氧、
