《幼儿园教育指导纲要》指出:“家庭是幼儿园重要的合作伙伴,应本着尊重、平等合作的原则,争取家长的理解、支持和主动参与,并积极支持、帮助家长提高教育能力。”《幼儿园工作规程》也明确指出:“幼儿园应主动与家庭配合,共同担负起教育幼儿的任务。”体现了现代社会的教育观,确定了家园共育在幼儿园教育工作中的重要地位,也为幼儿园和教师指明了家长工作的新内容。如何更能让家长参与,努力配合教师的工作呢?

They should seek the understanding, support and active participation of parents in the principle of respect and equal cooperation and actively support and help parents improve their educational capabilities.” “ Kindergarten rules also clearly pointed out: ”Kindergartens should take the initiative to cooperate with families and jointly assume the task of educating young children." This reflects the modern society’s education concept and determines the importance of home-based education in kindergarten education. Also for kindergartens and teachers pointed out the new content of parental work. How to better involve parents and work with teachers?
