研究了不同热轧工艺对TRIP钢热轧组织与力学性能的影响,以及热轧组织与力学性能对退火后组织与力学性能的遗传性。结果表明:卷取温度对热轧组织与力学性能的影响最大,不同的卷取温度得到了两种不同的热轧组织,①铁素体+珠光体+贝氏体组织,②铁素体+贝氏体+奥氏体组织;第一种热轧组织经过冷轧和退火后晶粒大大的细化,力学性能得到了很大提升,奥氏体含量和含碳量都大幅提升,无组织遗传性。第二种热轧组织退火后组织类型不变,晶粒度变化不大,奥氏体含量和含碳量小幅上升,表现为很强的组织遗传性与力学性能遗传性。
The effects of different hot rolling processes on hot-rolled microstructure and mechanical properties of hot-rolled TRIP steels were investigated. The microstructures and mechanical properties of hot-rolled microstructures and mechanical properties were also studied. The results show that the coiling temperature has the most influence on the microstructure and mechanical properties of hot-rolled steel. Two different hot-rolled microstructures are obtained under different coiling temperatures: ① ferrite + pearlite + bainite, ② ferrite + Bainite + austenite; the first hot-rolled microstructure after cold-rolled and annealed grain refinement, mechanical properties have been greatly improved, the austenite content and carbon content have increased significantly, no organization Hereditary.
