白内障囊外摘除与后房人工品体植入术是近年来发展起来的一项新技术。术中前囊膜切开时需用专用显微手术器械,且手术易损伤角膜内皮,手术难度较高。对于一些视力高度障碍的未成熟期白内障,因其皮质有相当部分仍透明,术中可见度差,难以彻底吸除,影响疗效。本文报告了在白内障囊外摘除与后房人工晶体植入术中应用Nd:YAG激光辅助手术,取得满意的结果。对手中激光对眼前节组织的生物学效应进行了讨论。对象与方法成熟期白内障16眼,在囊外摘除术前做激光前囊膜切开术。未成熟期白内障14眼,
Extracapsular cataract extraction and posterior chamber prosthesis implantation is a new technique developed in recent years. Intraoperative anterior capsule incision required special microsurgery equipment, and surgery is easy to damage the corneal endothelium, surgery is more difficult.
