Dieulafoy病又称恒径动脉畸形,1884年Gallard首先报道了该病。1 898年法国医生Dieulafoy更为清楚地描述了该病的特征。Dieulafoy病是一个少见的疾病,约1%～2%病人可出现致死性的消化道大出血。本文就其诊断治疗进行综述。1 发病情况1991年Reilly和Al-kawas报道177例确诊为Dieulafoy病的患者,其年龄分布为16～93岁,中位年龄为58岁。有报道最年轻的Dieulafoy病患者仅为5岁。Tooson等报
Dieulafoy disease, also known as constant diameter arterial malformation, Gallard first reported in 1884 the disease. In 1898, Dieulafoy, a French doctor, described the characteristics of the disease more clearly. Dieulafoy’s disease is a rare disease, about 1% to 2% of patients may be fatal gastrointestinal bleeding. This article reviews its diagnosis and treatment. 1 In 1991, Reilly and Al-Kawas reported 177 patients diagnosed with Dieulafoy disease with a mean age of 16-93 years and a median age of 58 years.
