扩大内需,是新形势下我国应对内外部环境变化提出的保证经济稳定增长的重要战略。扩大内需包括扩大国内的投资需求与消费需求两个部分。创新创业不仅能通过具体活动增强投资需求,还能通过扩大就业、增加居民收入等机制扩大消费需求,从而拉动内需增长。创新创业为新型城镇化提供多方位的外部保障,促进城乡协调发展拉动内需。
To expand domestic demand is an important strategy for ensuring a steady economic growth as proposed by China in response to changes in the internal and external environment under the new situation. Expand domestic demand, including expanding domestic investment demand and consumer demand in two parts. Innovation and entrepreneurship can not only enhance investment demand through specific activities, but also expand consumer demand through such mechanisms as expanding employment and increasing household income so as to stimulate domestic demand growth. Innovation and entrepreneurship provide multi-faceted external guarantees for new-type urbanization and promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas to boost domestic demand.
