青海省果洛州地广人稀、野生动物种类繁多。既往未进行过野生动物布鲁氏菌病调查。我们于1986年5～9月份选本州达日县的窝塞、满掌两地区在进行鼠疫监测的同时对野生动物进行了布鲁氏菌病血清学调查。 用枪击和20号铁丝制作扣子、猎捕自然分布的动物,按常规要求消毒后抽取心血5～10毫升备用。平板和试管抗原均系兰州生物制品研究所生产的有效期内合格产品。检验方法按国家规定的布鲁氏菌病血清学检验诊断操作规程进行。
Gulao in Qinghai Province, sparsely populated, a wide range of wildlife. Wild animal brucellosis has not been investigated in the past. We chose Wusai, a county in Damyang County, from May to September 1986, and carried out brucellosis serological surveys of wild animals while conducting surveillance of plague in two areas of Manchuria.
