本文系统地测试了250名10~19岁女性健康青少年的最大耗氧量及身高、坐高、体重、胸围、皮褶厚度五项形态指标和肺活量、脉搏、台阶试验三项机能指标.将各项形态机能指标及派生指标与最大耗氧量作相关分析,然后,根据相关系数的大小,形态机能的比例,以及实用简便的原则,将各项指标分成六组分别与最大吸氧作逐步回归,建立最佳回归方程.本文采用多元逐步回归后退法,共得到12个回归方程.其中6个用以预测最大耗氧量的绝对值,其复相关系数在0.79~0.83之间,F检验具有显著性.另6个回归方程用以预测最大耗氧量的相对值其复相关系数在此0.43~0.59,F检验也具有显著性意义.最大耗氧量相对值的预测在文献中不多见,然而,最大耗氧量相对值较绝对值更能反映人体有氧工作能力.本文认为对于最大耗氧量相对值的预测仍然是十分有意义.至于如何建立更有效的回归方程尚有待于研究.
