采用文献分析法结合个人培训实践，比较分析美国、加拿大、我国台湾地区和北京地区的住院药师培训模式，指出住院药师培训是未来药师执业的必由之路，而明确的训练目标、多方面的考评、以病患为中心的多种能力训练和跨学科团队协作训练十分重要，在我国未来住院药师培训中有借鉴意义。“,”Using references analysis combined with personal training practice,compare and ana-lyze the pharmacy residency education in the United States,Canada,Taiwan and Beijing,and point that pharmacy residency education is the only way for the future development of pharmacists in working,in which clear training objectives,multiple assessment approaches,training on various abilities based on pa-tient-centered care and multidisciplinary team work are critical.All of this are suggestive and constructive for the future development of pharmacy residency education in China.
