目的:明确教师、课程、学生、组织四维度的评教因素对评教结果是否具有影响,为更加客观地开展学生评教工作提供指导。方法随机抽取宁夏医科大学高职护理专业187名学生为研究对象,对其进行四维度评教影响因素对评教结果影响的问卷调查。结果学生在校教育需要“双师型”教师、贴合临床实际的教材、使学生尽快适应临床的教学方法;年级是学生对评教影响因素认识具有差异性的最凸显的变量。结论学校管理者进行学生评教时应该在同一年级中开展,同时,将非教师因素进行适度统计校正的前提下科学组织学生评教,慎重使用学生评教结果,保障教育教学工作的健康发展。“,”Objective To clear whether four areas of teacher,course,student,and organization was the factors which affect teaching evaluation so as to process teaching evaluation work objectively. Methods 187 students were randomly selected and were surveyed using “four areas of assessment fac-tors”.Results Vocational nursing education needs the teachers who had strong teaching ability and rich clinical experience,and also need books and teaching methods combined with clinical practice.Student’s grade is the factor which affect their cognition on teaching evaluation.Conclusions This paper suggests that teaching evaluation should be administrated in the same grade students and at the same time,teaching evaluation results should be used carefully to ensure the teaching evaluation work well.
