1985年—1995年间我科手术切除颅内血管母细胞瘤28例,占同期手术治疗脑肿瘤的2.9％。现结合有关文献作一初步分析。 1 临床资料 1.1 男16例,女12例,年龄18—30岁21例。31—40岁5例,41岁以上2例,平均年龄31岁。 1.2 肿瘤位于小脑半球25例,其中实质性6例,囊性19例;大脑半球3例,其中实质性2例,囊性1例。 1.3 病程1月—4年,首发症状均为头昏、头痛、恶心、呕吐。其伴行走不稳10例,1例有精神症状,2例有癫痫,眼底检查13例发现乳头水肿,无1例发现有视网膜
Between 1985 and 1995, 28 cases of intracranial hemangioblastoma were surgically removed in our department, accounting for 2.9% of the surgical treatment of brain tumors in the same period. Are combined with the relevant literature for a preliminary analysis. 1 clinical data 1.1 males and 16 females, 12 females, aged 18-30 years in 21 cases. 5 cases were 31-40 years old, 2 cases were 41 years old and above, the average age was 31 years old. 1.2 tumors located in the cerebellar hemisphere in 25 cases, of which 6 were substantial, cystic 19 cases; 3 cases of cerebral hemispheres, of which 2 cases were substantial, 1 cystic. 1.3 course of January - 4 years, the first symptoms are dizziness, headache, nausea, vomiting. The accompanying instability instability in 10 cases, 1 case of psychiatric symptoms, 2 cases of epilepsy, fundus examination revealed papillary edema in 13 cases, no case of retinal detachment was found
