平焰的节能效果已为国内外大量的生产实践所证实,从理论推导和电模拟计算表明,平焰炉膛对物料的传热比一般传统的连续加热炉能提高到80%。本文详述我厂改制的CHG—20 40P型天然气平焰烧嘴在薄板链式加热炉上运用的改造设计及实际生产效果。介绍了炉子取得节能40%的综合措施和热工测定结果,总结了平焰烧嘴在薄板加热炉上的使用经验、存在问题及推广使用的范围。
The energy saving effect of flat flame has been confirmed by a large number of domestic and foreign production practices. From theoretical deduction and electrical simulation calculation, it shows that the heat transfer of flat flame furnace to the material can be increased to 80% than that of the conventional continuous heating furnace. This article details the retrofit design and actual production effect of the CHG-20 40P natural gas flat-flame burner used in our factory reformed on the thin-plate chain furnace. The comprehensive measures and thermal determination results of 40% energy saving of the furnace were introduced. The experience, problems and popularization and application of the flat flame burner on the sheet furnace were summarized.
