隐孢子虫病是一种人畜共患寄生虫病,该虫呈世界性分布,是引起儿童或免疫缺陷病人腹泻的新的重要病原.1976年 Nim(?)首先报告人体病例,国内虽有病例报道,但无对健康的学龄前儿童感染率的报道.我们于1989年6～10月相继对南京地区的8所幼儿园及4所郊县幼儿园的在园幼儿进行了隐孢子虫感染率的调查.
