数学作业是课堂教学的延续和补充,是学生巩固所学知识、培养各种能力、增强教学效果的有效手段之一,更是教师了解学生和检查教学效果的一个窗口。我在所带班级中有意识地进行了新型作业改革的尝试,使作业内容体现生活化、多样化和个性化,作业的形式强调开放、探究和合作,作业的手段追求多种感官参与,让作业活起来,使学生动起来,促使学生主动学习。实践表明,设计个性化的作业能有效激发学生的学习动力,从“要我做”转变为“我要做”。
Mathematics is a continuation and supplement of classroom teaching. It is one of the effective means for students to consolidate their knowledge, develop various abilities and enhance their teaching effectiveness. It is also a window for teachers to understand students and check their teaching effectiveness. In the classes I carried out, I consciously tried to reform the new type of job so as to make the content of the job reflect the life style, diversification and individuality. The form of the job emphasizes the openness, exploration and cooperation. The operation means the pursuit of multiple senses, Living up, make students move to promote students to take the initiative to learn. Practice shows that the design of personalized homework can effectively stimulate the motivation of students, from “want me to do ” to “I want to do ”.
