我国在07年“十七大”报告中明确指出要把我国建设成为创新型国家,这是事关社会主义现代化建设全局的重大决策,并且把这一点作为我国的一项基本国策写入党章和宪法中。要建设创新型国家,核心问题是走中国特色的自主创新之路,其关键在人才。想要建设创新型国家,就需要一批高素质的创新型人才,可见创新型人才在我国现代化建设中占有举足轻重的地位,笔者仅从概念,条件,方法几个角度浅谈我理解的创新型人才
