目的:探讨新生儿窒息程度与肾功能损害的相关性。方法:选取我院2011年5月~2012年7月收治的70例窒息新生儿为研究对象,根据其Apgar评分标准将其分为A组与B组,A1组38例为轻度窒息新生儿,A2组32例为重度窒息新生儿,同期出生的无窒息情况及感染性疾病的30例新生儿为B组。对比分析窒息新生儿的肾功能损伤情况及所有新生儿尿β2-MG水平。结果:A1组新生儿肾功能损伤程度明显较A2组低,差异具有统计学意义(p﹤0.05);A2组新生儿尿β2-MG水平明显较B组高,差异具有统计学意义(p﹤0.05);A1组新生儿尿β2-MG水平与B组相比有所增高,但比较差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论:新生儿发生窒息时能够对肾功能产生损伤,对新生儿进行β2-MG水平检测,能够对新生儿肾功能损伤情况进行有效评估,具有一定的早期诊断价值,值得应用推广。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between neonatal asphyxia and renal dysfunction. Methods: Seventy asphyxial newborns admitted to our hospital from May 2011 to July 2012 were enrolled in this study. According to Apgar score, they were divided into group A and group B. Group A1 was treated with mild asphyxia In group A2, 32 newborns with severe asphyxia and 30 newborns without asphyxia and infectious diseases in the same period were Group B. Comparative analysis of neonatal asphyxia renal dysfunction and urinary β2-MG levels of all newborns. Results: The degree of neonatal renal injury in group A1 was significantly lower than that in group A2 (p <0.05), while the level of urinary β2-MG in group A2 was significantly higher than that in group B (p < 0.05). The level of urinary β2-MG in group A1 was higher than that in group B, but the difference was not statistically significant (p> 0.05). Conclusions: Neonatal asphyxia can damage renal function. The detection of β2-MG level in newborns can effectively assess the neonatal renal function injury, which has some diagnostic value in early stage. It is worth to be popularized.
