1.钢绳弯曲频率分析矿用斗轮挖掘机的挖掘机构在恶劣的工作条件下,使钢绳长期受到强烈的摩擦。导致矿用斗轮挖掘机构驱动钢绳经常出现磨损和拉断现象。而且,磨损程度的分布是不均匀的。因为磨损情况不仅取决于钢绳所承受的内应力,而且与应力出现的频率有关。在一个工作循环中,钢绳穿过的滑轮数是不一样的。虽然各段受的拉应力基本相同,但由于弯曲频率的差异,也使钢绳的磨损不一样。图1给出了型号为SCHRS-1200型斗轮挖掘机驱动钢绳的布置图。该挖掘机用于波兰TUROW矿山。图中还给出了弯曲频率分析结果。钢绳在滑轮上的弯曲角度均按180°考虑,滑轮和驱动滚筒直径的差异忽略不计。 2.钢绳磨损
