1.前言锅炉是工厂进行生产活动的重要设施.锅炉运行必须做到:及时供汽,稳定安全,节约燃料,减少烟尘.作为负责锅炉设备技术管理的热工员不仅要按照“蒸汽锅炉安全监察规程”的要求,搞好锅炉的运行管理、维护保养、定期检验等工作,还须执行“供热系统节能工作暂行规定”,使锅炉有关运行指标达到国家所规定的要求,以确保锅炉安全、经济运行. 目前我国工业锅炉运行现状:①安全状况不理想.“六五”期间每年发生的爆炸和重大事故500多件,万台锅炉事故率为日本的5倍左右.每年因事故造成直接损失数千万元,因运行不当、管理不善而缩短使用寿命
