一、背景在我校初中语文教学中,课前演讲是所有语文教师都在积极开展的活动,它对提高学生说话、写作、交际能力有重要的作用。但在教学实际中,课前演讲却普遍存在热闹有余,收获不大的现象,活动效果并不十分理想。分析原因,主要有以下几个弊端。1.形式单一教师定好主题,每个学生轮流演讲,找篇稿子背一背,一个人站讲台上慷慨陈词,完了再加几句师生点评。当前课前演讲大
