CM-97A型锤式破碎机中排出的粉碎料是由固定在转速为600转/分转子上的锤之杵锤撞击的结果,旋转锤与卸料口之间的缝隙处撞击得最甚。锤只做单向运动,因而杵锤和卸料口仅有一侧被磨损。在普罗托季亚科诺夫厂使用未改进的破碎机破碎硬度指数8—10的石灰石时,经过了100—120小时运转,由于锤的一侧被磨损影响了破碎产量。当把杵锤旋转180°而用另一面时,由于锤的工作面宽度不够,使用期限较短(不大于30—40小时),也没有得到有效结果。因此,就需要经常拆卸破碎机,更换杵锤,以减少上述缺点,保证生料磨中应有的粉磨料量。
