用放射性同位素198Au示踪法研究了乙二醇 (GLY)、二羟乙基硫醚 (DGTE)等对季铵盐载金有机相的反萃 ,考察了反萃剂的浓度、有机相与反萃剂的体积比 (R)、加入乙醇等对反萃率 (S)的影响。讨论了有机相反萃后继续萃取的问题。结果表明 ,GLY ,DGTE在较高体积分数时都是很好的反萃剂。当GLY体积分数大于 90 %、DGTE体积分数大于 70 %时 ,其反萃能力均可达到 90 %。反萃剂中不含乙醇时 ,反萃后有机相具备连续萃取的能力。实验还发现 ,NaClO4和NH4SCN也有很好的反萃作用。
The radioactive isotopes 198Au tracer method was used to study the stripping of the organic phase of quaternary ammonium salt supported by ethylene glycol (GLY) and dihydroxyethylsulfide (DGTE). The effects of stripping agent concentration, Reagent volume ratio (R), adding ethanol, etc. on the stripping rate (S). The problem of continuous extraction after organic phase extraction was discussed. The results showed that both GLY and DGTE are good stripping agents at higher volume fractions. When the GLY volume fraction is greater than 90%, DGTE volume fraction greater than 70%, the stripping ability can reach 90%. Stripping agent does not contain ethanol, after stripping the organic phase with continuous extraction capabilities. The experiment also found that, NaClO4 and NH4SCN also have good stripping effect.
