短跑成绩提高,速度起主要作用,而速度的提高与力量素质的发展密切相关。那么如何才能更有效的提高力量素质和发挥力量训练的良好效应。本文从大负重力量训练角度,阐明业余短跑运动员采用大负重力量训练是促使力量素质快速增长,以较短时间提高短跑成绩的有效途径。并就业余短跑运动员年训练计划中如何安排大负重力量训练和如何处理好大负重力量训练与快速力量训练之间的关系问题,以及对大负重力量训练期间与之后短跑成绩产生负正效应现象进行探讨。
