2005年4月以来的股权分置改革经过三年的实施已步入尾声,关于此次股改对我国资本市场的发展起到了多大的促进作用,它到底是失败了还是成功了的问题再一次成为人们关注的焦点。本文以2007年10月以来的股市暴跌为切入点,分析股指下跌的主要原因,从而引出股权分置改革存在的问题以及解决措施。
Since April 2005, the split share structure reform has come to an end after three years of implementation. How much has the share reform played a role in promoting the development of China’s capital market? Has it ever failed or succeeded again? People focus. In this paper, the stock market crash since October 2007 as the starting point to analyze the main reason for the stock index decline, leading to the problems existing in the split share structure reform and solutions.
