企业文化是在西方首先兴起的反映现代化生产和市场经济发展的一般规律的管理思想和管理理论.它是一个包括物质、行为、观念诸文化形态有机结合的整体系统.近几年来,我国不少大中型企业的管理者对企业文化进行了广泛的研究,已取得了一定的成果.我们认为,研究企业文化,分析和把握企业文化的内在属性具有重要意义.(一)企业文化具有主体性,建设企业文化必须坚持企业职工的主体地位,树立“以人为本”的管理思想.企业文化的主体性可以从以下三方面来认识.一是文化的本质决定了它的实践主体是人.根据社会学的定义:“凡人类创造出来并通过学习可以获得和为他人学习并能传递下去的一切物质和非物质产品都是文化”,可以看出,“人类创造”是文化得以产生的前提,是区别这一事物是文化而另一事物不是文化的根本分界.二是企业文化的管理属性决定了它的主体是人.在现代管理系统中,无论是管理主体,还是管理客体,其占主导地位的要素都是人.没有人,就没有管理活动和生产活动.三是我国企业的社会主义性质决定了企业文化的主体是企业职工.生产资料的公有制和企业管理的民主集中制,使广大职工处于主人翁的地位.他们不仅是企业生产的主体,而且是企业管理的主体,不仅是经济生活的主人,而且是政治、文化生活中的主人.分析和?
