分析14例经手术和病理证实的蝶窦病变，其中粘液囊肿6例，炎症3例，良性肿瘤3例，恶性肿瘤2例。主要临床表现为头痛和眼部症状，其次为鼻部症状，CT和MRI对诊断很有价值，并对各种蝶窦病变的手术径路进行了讨论，提出鼻窦内窥镜手术是治疗蝶窦炎症性病变的优选术式。
