新生儿在窒息缺氧应激状态下,导致血糖代谢异常,主要表现为低血糖或高血糖。现将我院儿科2003年1月-2004年4月收治的新生儿窒息后血糖监测情况作一分析,旨在探讨血糖变化与患儿病情及预后的关系。1临床资料1.1一般资料 50例窒息新生儿,男33例,女17例,本院产科接生42例,当地卫生院接生8例,Apgar初评0-3分8例,4-7分42例。胎龄28-32周8例,33-37周12例,大于37周30例。
Neonatal asphyxia under hypoxia stress, leading to abnormal glucose metabolism, mainly as hypoglycemia or hyperglycemia. Now our hospital pediatrics in January 2003 -2004 in April treatment of neonatal asphyxia blood glucose monitoring for an analysis to explore changes in blood glucose and the relationship between the patient’s condition and prognosis. 1 clinical data 1.1 General Information 50 cases of asphyxia neonates, 33 males and 17 females, 42 cases of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital, 8 cases of local health clinics, Apgar first 0-3 points in 8 cases, 4-7 points in 42 cases. 8 cases of gestational age 28-32 weeks, 33-37 weeks in 12 cases, more than 37 weeks in 30 cases.
