家族企业在全球经济中扮演着重要角色,然而理论界缺乏对家族企业的研究。本文在对家族企业研究的重要文献理论评述中,提出了家族企业研究中应着力解决的七大基本问题。
Family firms play an important role in the global economy, yet theorists lack research on family firms. In the review of the important literature of family business research, this paper puts forward seven basic problems that should be solved in the study of family business.
